Have had nothing but good experiences with hortitech. We have been working with them for 3-4 years and I have always been happy with their products and customer service. Love the rolling benches, solid construction, have had little to no issues with them after years of daily use

I called this place as I'm doing some back yard growing and have moved into a more advanced method (light deprivation). I was expecting to not get the best treatment as I was not needing to spend alot of money..I was wrong!!! they walked me through everything the sales team is amazing , always available on the phone or text message. I was really happy to experience such great service, i hardly ever see it anymore. Also they are able to break up my order, as I was working on a smaller greenhouse I just needed to finish with covers and components i could only find here at Hortitech..also great quality products!! Thanks again Brett

Got an automated light dep controller to outfit an existing greenhouse, very fairly priced product works as advertised, easy to install and operate saving me time and money as well as giving me peace of mind. I live offgrid and UPS really struggled with shipping directions, but Timea from customer support really saved the day with her timely and cordial correspondence, dillegence and kindness. They sent me out another controller right away even while the original was missing in action due to a UPS mistake. Made sure I was able to get my product as soon as possible given the circumstances, they earned my trust and support, will be a returning customer, thankyou Timea and hortitech.
